Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience working with Windows Server and Linux Server.
- Good network knowledge (LAN/WAN) with an excellent understanding of Windows web hosting environment including IIS, SMTP, POP, IMAP, DNS, LDAP and TCP/IP.
- Web hosting software installation and configuration experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills and knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting issues.
- Thorough knowledge of the processes and procedures used for all aspects of the supporting role.
- Management skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; Problem solving ability; “Can do” attitude; understanding of organizations; ability to manage multiple priorities and must be a team player.
